Vision Care Benefit:

Starting January 1, 2024, Vision Benefits are available for eligible participants and dependents.

Vision Care Benefit Announcement

The plan also provides a Vision Savings Pass through Vision Service Plan (VSP). This discount program will reduce out-of-pocket cost for vision serves by visiting a VSP provider and can be used in advance of plan reimbursement for Vision Care Benefits to maximize savings and reimbursement. 

You may submit a request for reimbursement by completing the Vision Benefit Reimbursement Form.
Please include all original purchase receipts and provider information for processing and allow up to 30 days for receipt.

Local 60 Sick Benefit:
Benefit:  $84.00 per week, paid weekly for up to 24 weeks per year.  Benefits begin on the 8th day after notification; approval is decided by the Executive Board, benefits will not be paid to members in arrears.

Wireman’s Association:
Dues:  $24 per year for JIW & CW/CE
            $12 per year for Apprentices
Benefit:  Pays up to 6 months of Monthly Dues; pays $6 per day, up to 180 days, paid monthly for up to 26 weeks per year.  Benefits period begins on the 8th day after notification and verification in conjunction with the Local Union 60 Executive Board approval.
